Are you interested in selling your products at the Cookeville Mall Flea Market?  

Listed below is a link to the official rules and regulations of the Cookeville Mall Flea Market. Please feel free to review and contact management if you are interested in showcasing your products. All vendors must complete the Vendor Application Form prior to opening a booth.

The State of Tennessee has several guidelines in regards to selling food in a public setting. 
All vendors must complete a Food Service Plan Evaluation Form before one is able to sell his/her food to the public. Return this completed form, and a set of plans for the establishment to the local health department. This needs to be done as soon as possible (before construction or remodeling is best). Delay in submission of plans, may delay the opening of the establishment. Note this form is just a guideline to be used in the plan review process.
